Help CenterChanging your password is an essential step in maintaining the security of your account. Depending on how you registered your account, there might be a slight difference with the process. Here’s a guide to help you navigate the password change options available to you.

You'll be able to see the Change Password option, just click the Icon on the upper right corner of your Dashboard.
On the other hand, if you registered your account using UAE Pass or Google, you'll notice that the option to change your password directly in your Dashboard is not available. This is because accounts linked to these services do not allow for direct password changes within the platform.
To change your password, you will need to utilize the "Forgot your Password?" feature. Here’s how to do it:
- Click on the "Forgot your Password?" link on the login page.
- You will be prompted to enter the necessary information associated with your account.
- After submitting your information, you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
- Follow the link provided in the message and create a new password.
Make sure to choose a strong password that you haven’t used before to enhance your account security.
