Changing your password is an essential step in maintaining the security of your account. Depending on how you registered your account, there might be a slight difference with the process. Here’s a guide to help you navigate the password change options available to you.
If you signed up Manually using this option,

You'll be able to see the Change Password option, just click the Icon on the upper right corner of your Dashboard.

On the other hand, if you registered your account using UAE Pass or Google, you'll notice that the option to change your password directly in your Dashboard is not available. This is because accounts linked to these services do not allow for direct password changes within the platform. Your login is handled by the external identity provider you selected.
- If you signed up with Google:
Your password is managed by Google. To change it, you need to change your Google Account password, not inside Gatehills. - If you signed up with UAE PASS:
Your authentication is handled by UAE PASS. You need to manage your UAE PASS credentials through UAE PASS rather than Gatehills.
